Thomley's Christmas Tree Farm & Gift Shop has been a part of the Oak Grove community for nearly 53 years.

In 1967 Howard and Mamie Thomley began growing Christmas trees on the land that had been in the Thomley family for many years. My Dad ran the farm for 13 years, my focus was on Glassblowing at the time. I now own the farm and as the 4th Generation Thomley farmer/glassblower we are having a really good time. Our customers are so awesome, your traditions mean the world to us. We renovated the Farmhouse in 2021, our AirBnB customers love it. There is nothing like early mornings on the farm.

We grow three types of trees at our farm.  The Leyland Cypress is our most popular, and the Virginia Pine & Carolina Sapphire.  In addition to the trees we grow we also bring in several sizes of Fraser Fir from North Carolina/Virginia.

We can also Flock your tree which is adding a White snow like substance, if your looking for that winter wonderland look. Fresh Wreaths and Garland are also another big item at our farm. Customers should place their orders early to insure delivery of fresh hand made wreaths and garland.

The Gift Shop has also been an attraction for many years with a great supply of Christmas ornaments, bows and gifts.  With each year we have invited more and more Made in Mississippi vendors. We currently have 30 Goats, mostly Nubians with big floppy ears. We also have Willow & Bourdreux our resident mini pigs.

The farm is home to the states only GlassBlowing Hot Shop. Customers work with Glassblowers to create beautiful Ornaments, Bowls, Pumpkins, Vases etc. The Glass Studio opened in 2016 and has been voted the “Best Date Night” in Mississippi. Hours of operation are by appointment. Our business is seasonal, open Oct, Nov, Dec, Feb, March & April. Book your appointment here.

We have various displays throughout the farm providing photo opportunities for Christmas cards and memories.

You can come early and tag a tree to be picked up at a later date. Season opens November 1st for those wanting the best selection. We begin cutting trees the weekend before Thanksgiving.  Keeping in mind cutting them early requires a bit more attention to watering.

We want to thank everyone who over the years have been loyal customers.  The Christmas tree season is a very special time of year for our family.  We would like to make it a special time of year for yours too!

We schedule hay rides & Glass Demos for School & Church groups.
